A few weeks ago, a friend of mine from high school asked me if I would make the cake for a joint baby shower for her and a dear friend of hers. She is having a little boy and her friend is having a little girl. She gave me free reign of the design, and this is what I came up with:
Chocolate cake with fondant icing and fondant decorations.
Clothes line with baby clothes and a laundry basket full of clothes.
"Welcome to the World"
Little baby (edible) buttons!
Everyone was happy with the cake and it was delicious, so that makes me very happy. :)
